Well the month is a scorcher not only with 24 days without rain and 12 days of 90+ temps but in the In-town real estate market as well. Sales are great!
The word is out that now is the time to buy. Finally people are getting the message that interest rates are good and inventory is out there. Sales are good across all the Heights market and inventory is getting low. It appears that if a home in the Heights is done well and has that all together feel without any major issues it is moving pretty well.

It also is a good time to be buying. The predictors indicate that rates will be moving up over the next few months to the highest they have been in years. With the government borrowing money and offering attractive rates to investors, mortgages are going to get more expensive to entice investors to put money in the mortgage market. So now may be the time to sell, buy and move up
