Houston has hit the Investors radar! With reasonable prices and rents that are good but not high apparently this is the place to be! Cash Flow is king in the rental investment market and there are several locations in the Houston area that we are helping our investors glean the benefits from the recent slow down in sales and increase in rents.

 Simply put we are seeing decent deals on homes that are 15-30 years old in pretty stable subdivisions that can cash flow. So are investors from outside Houston! Recently in looking at neighborhoods out west it has become obvious that homes that are priced just little below market are selling quickly. In one suburban neighborhood with an average sales price of 80-90,000 most homes were selling in around 30 days- fewer if the price was right. That tells you that now may very well be the time to buy, rent and let that rent pay off that 15-20 year loan leaving you with nothing but an income producing asset.

Remember it is not about buying a home you would live in. It is about buying a home that will rent and pay for itself in the next few years while putting some cash in your pocket!
