Here in the Houston Heights, real estate has done well even with the national downturn. Bungalows are selling well and upscale homes are also. In some ways there is even a shortage of inventory of great homes in both of these Houston Heights market segments.

But the strength are not just intown. Some of our upscale suburbs are doing quite well.
